Nepalism, Its conceptions and formulated ideologies’ platform- document, commitments, objectives and strategies

On the day of 04 Falgun 2071 BS (16 February 2015); Nepalism, Its’ conceptions and as per the formulated principles ‘Our Core Policy of Peace, Advancement, development and Thoughts’ is established. Together with this policy, with assistance from the proletarian youths residing inside the nation and in foreign countries, in mine, Mr. Ghanashyam Chamlagain as a coordinator and leadership, our campaign originated. Nepalism is a purely nationalist organization which has emerged with a new thinking, new opinion and new leadership. The main policy and campaign of this organization is to create employment opportunities in the country to More than 7 million of youths bound to do hazardous work in foreign land though holding higher level education, Millions of our brothers and sisters wriggling in the country due to unemployment, entire citizens bound to be grinded in poverty and persecution. Similarly, our major policy and target is to introduce Nepal in front of the world as a prosperous country hypothesizing sustainable economic development and by preparing social, public welfare documents in accordance with country’s geographical structure and environments through solving existing country’s problems like political instability, distortions, discrepancies, differentiations.

Generally, the major enemies of the nation are poverty and employment. Until there is an establishment of peace in the country, then there is no possibility of change and development in any sector. This truth is strength of Nepalism principle. Therefore, we steely resolute to bring those responsible people such as mafias of Nepalese economy sector who are inside the country as well as in foreign land to stand in the dock of law and court, entire institutional as well as personal corruption done by the rulers from the autocratic regime to till date and the fraud and corruptions done jointly by established Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority for the control of corruption, Central Bank of Nepal which holds the key of economy and entire administrative bodies including Ministry of Finance. Our main goal and objective is to expel the leaders of local and foreign brokers and political parties who are currently in power and to nationalize the fortune they acquired by abusing the positions they hold. The important mission of Nepalism is to put an end to irregularities, commissions and corruptions, by putting an end to individualism, family and nepotism all under political shadow, and to promote national production including peace inside the country.

Major Objectives and Strategies

1. Practically using the policies of Peace, Advancement, Development and Thoughts; and always be loyal towards Nation, Nationality, Sovereignty, Integration and liberty. To make realization of real democracy, Republic and Federal democratic republic system to Nepali citizens.  

2. To make Advanced education system and relating to scientific agriculture method, to make production based agriculture system from consumption based.  

3. To mobilize and deploy maximum numbers of security forces to maintain peace and security. In order To solve unemployment problem; to provide physical and investment guarantee to National and foreign investors’. To increase production of hydroelectricity for complete solution of energy crisis. To bring in advanced technologies and to establish additional industries, factories along with agriculture, tourism, herbs, etc.  

4. Conducting survey and investigations of raw materials and minerals remained in earth’s core by mobilizing experts and to properly allocate budgets focusing on the proper utilization of water, land and forest with necessary strategies.

5. With a determination to enforce practical civil statutory state system, and to establish independent public judiciary under the practical civil statutory state system for the public rights of every citizen’s basic rights, human rights, freedom of people and press freedom. Under which, it will be managed for the provisions to make an appeal in the local court. Managing High Court, Senior Court and Supreme Court and realizing the judicial service to the public should be made rapidly and punctually, implement these with immediate effect.    

6. On the matters relating to religion, public mandate will be respected implementing the policy of co-operation between all religions. To protect with full support in uplifting and development of Own culture, rituals, religion, norms, traditions, attires, etc. that are followed since Ancient and age-old times.

7. To establish open competitive civil ruling state system by strengthening republic and democratic system.

8. Together with developing plans on awareness programs immediately for further development of language in our country having Multi-ethnic and multi-lingual groups; to uplift and develop various ethnics and languages by making arrangements in education materials in local level schools identifying and developing the language and converting it into the national language.

9. In order to implement our main agendas of peace, outlet, development and thoughts’ main policies completely; to steely resolute new rules, law and campaigns to bring into effect.

10. As the nation’s major enemies are poverty, illiteracy and employment; to bring forward working strategies to always fight against these.

11. While performing deep study, investigation and analysis of visionary management aspects accepted by other developing and developed countries for the development of the nation and to apply the same action plans. To execute special package for the developed projected plans on sectors like agriculture, hydroelectricity, minerals, herbs, tourism, etc.

12. In order to control horrific crimes completely, make amendments and enforce previous and older acts, rules, law and constitution.

13. For internal employment, following ‘Public Private Partnership’ model and welcoming national and foreign investments, also increasing production of hydroelectricity to solve energy crisis sustainably. Establishment of industries, reinforcing tourism business and production of goods and services; export to world markets.  Making amendments in labor act with the guarantee of labor security of laborers and establish separate labor court for the welfare of labors.

14. To adopt a policy of use of whatever resources wherever available, be implemented. Likewise, Gulf countries by oil, western countries by intellectuality, India and China by utilizing human resources has developed their country; by utilizing massive water resources and provide guarantee to the national and foreign investment’s security.  

15. To utilize nation’s intellectual and healthy energetic manpower. For that, liberal economic policy will be applied.

16. By declaring the country as a peace zone, to make realization to every Nepali citizen of complete peace.

17. To make new rule-law in order to provide harsh punishments or hang till death to rapists, murderers and women traffickers.  

18. To completely control hooliganism, make amendments to local administration act.

19. To modernize agricultural sector and make investments by government to open various sorts of factories and industries for uplifting living standard of poor civilians.

20. To pull down the wall between the rich and the poor; tax, VAT systems will be segregated, and implementation of parallel economic system.

21. To operate and bring in operation awareness programs nationwide to establish peace. To restrict programs organized by political and other parties, protest and strike gatherings by organizations and institutions, sieges, blockades, shut down, etc. those are against civilians through thoughtful process.

22. In order to control irregularities, corruption, commissions, bribery happening in the country; to increase monthly remuneration of civil servants as well as making strict corruption act, and also to deploy special monitoring team to make those employees holding rights in controlling corruption and other employees functional in their job.

23. To control price hike, black marketing; provision of special monitoring in Tax and VAT offices, Fair tax management and to determine market price by authorities under local ministries, to release details of  price list publicly. Deploy price monitoring and control special team in market. To enforce new law for strong charges if found guilty of doing fault and fraud.

24. Now days, Nepali people are not receiving fair and necessary health facilities. Doctors are unwilling to stay in rural hilly districts and inaccessible areas, due to which, hundreds of civilians lose their life untimely as crisis of doctors. Taking consideration of this situation, law will be bring into effect that every government doctor must serve minimum of 2 years out of his/her entire job tenure in rural hilly district and unapproachable regions and those not willing to stay in such regions will be suspended from the job for minimum 5 years and even cannot open their own private clinics.    

25. Taking in mind on welfare of general publics; to make government offices and employee public oriented, every government offices must keep notice board mandatorily and stick notices in daily basis, every offices should distribute application forms for free for the help of public and management of volunteers.

26. To make education practical and to develop technological education; to operate / make operational awareness training programs to students starting from the lower secondary level trough nationwide technical experts.

27. In order to bring more and more plans inside the country; irrigation, minerals, electricity, natural herbs, agriculture mobilize experts nationally.  

28. In order to make local administration and police public oriented and to build consciousness in civilians and people loving; state will operate training programs at local levels regarding statutory state, civil laws, human rights and other laws.  

29. To construct old age, disabled, handicapped and single citizen accommodation.

30. To provide job responsibilities as per the capacity, qualification, and physical condition to disabled and handicapped.

31. To use and deploy modern technologies and experts for energy independence.

32. To make provisions of mandatory old age allowance to senior citizens above 60 years of age from state level.

33. If any citizen is proved as incapable then arrangements of allowance will be made to those citizens.

Future Programs and Strategies

Nepalism, Its’ concepts and as per the formulated ideology of ‘Our Core Principles of Peace, Advancement, Development and Thoughts’; under this campaign, union has been formed in entire 77 districts of Nepal. To support this campaign of Nepalism, millions of citizens have stood in queue as one rock-hard with us till date. This process is still ongoing rapidly. With regard to our country, this short duration’s effort is not only a good signal, have to consider as getting a big achievement. To bring forward our policy-campaign, every member has played vital role and has contributed from their own position and places and we have declared that the same efforts will be made in upcoming days. Therefore, in upcoming days; capable, intellectual and active campaigner among us will be created and upon selection will be sent to cities-villages to build unions, expand and for training programs. Various programs are listed in our priority list such as: to inform public about our policy and campaigns, to mobilize workforces, to segregate members from local level to central level finalizing amount of levy to make the organization financially strong, to make members of the organization disciplined and dignified, to organize training programs in entire nation, to establish from central to province, district, municipal and village level offices as well as information offices.

Nepalism’s strategy and ‘Our Core Policy of Peace, Advancement, Development and Thoughts’ is indeed being a power of Nepali people, now there is no any confusion that this will be established and popular in the entire nation. Lastly; towards our entire members, well-wishers, good thinkers and general community peoples attached in different profession and sectors and their powers who have come forward to provide peace, advancement, development and thoughts to the nation, I would like to convey thankfulness with sincere gratitude.
